DFB-Fanshop Click & Collect
Terms and Conditions

These Click & Collect Terms and Conditions (“C&C Terms”) apply to your purchase of Products via this website (the “Site) for pick up using the Game Day Click & Collect service.  By purchasing any Products using the Game Day Click & Collect service you agree to be bound by these C&C Terms.

On the checkout page, you will be required to select the available pick-up point you would like to collect the Products purchased via this Site using the DFB-Fanshop Click & Collect service.

Product Collection
Products ordered through Click & Collect will be available for collection at the available location on game day up until 30 minutes prior to the start of the game.

You have the option to order before arriving at the Stadium and/or on arrival.  However, if you order on arrival prior to kick off, please allow up to an hour for your item(s) to be ready for collection.  You will be notified via email when collection is possible.  

When you or your alternate pick-up person collects your Products, you/they will be asked to provide a copy of your Order Receipt Confirmation and a valid form of ID (passport or driving licence). You/they may also be asked to sign for the Products.

Once your Products have been collected, you will receive an email from us confirming which Products have been collected and the name of the person that has collected them.

Products that are not collected will automatically be refunded after the game.  Refunds can take up to 10 working days.

Payment
When you order the Products on this Site, you will be asked to enter your payment details and payment for the Products will be processed. 

On-Site Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange any products at the game, you will be directed to a DFB-Fanshop where the exchange will take place and a new item provided.

Returns
Only Products that are unworn in saleable condition are eligible to be returned.  All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.

If you would like to return and receive a refund for Products purchased using the DFB-Fanshop Click & Collect service, you can return Products via the dfb-fanshop.de online shop, within 30 days of your collection. Please contact kundenservice@dfb-fanshop.de.  Refunds will be made to the original payment method as soon as possible but may take up to 10 working days.
